Visiting the Ralph Lauren 109 Prince St. store makes me such a happy guy. I don’t necessarily have anything against the space’s former occupants, Replay, but if anybody should be living in one of the most beautiful 19th century cast iron buildings in the world, I’d like it to be Ralph.
